What is your return policy? 

Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time due to the nature of our products. If you have a defected item or problem with your order, please contact us. For more information check out our refund policy.

What are your shipping options? 

There are 3 shipping options:

1) FREE Local Pickup (locations in Niagara Falls and Stevensville)

2) FREE deliveries over $60.00 (before taxes) in the applicable Niagara region district zones (see *applicable zones* on home page header)

3) Expedited 2 day shipping via ICS Couriers. If there are any unseen delays, we will contact you to keep you updated. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for missing packages if your address information has been incorrectly entered, or if packages are damaged in transport (including those affected by temperature).

*Please note that shipping couriers have been experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time is out of our hands. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

    When will I receive my order? 

    Orders are processed and fulfilled based on the sequence they are placed. Our current turnaround time for local pickup and orders applicable for drop-off is 3-5 days after your order is placed. Please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment + shipping.

    If I buy someone a gift card is it included in the Free Local Delivery Option for $60?

    Gift cards are not included in our $50 free local delivery option, since they are digital only and not a physical product. 

    How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? 

    Once an order is placed online it cannot be changed. However, if there are changes to be made please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Changes to your order are not guaranteed.

    We are located in the Niagara Region, working in both Stevensville and Niagara Falls.
